Procurements bring something new to the customer or the market
Of Procurements use traditional methods
According to a study carried out by VTT in 2019-2020 *, up to 46% of public procurement acquisitions are completely new or bring significant improvements to the solutions previously used by the applicant, and up to 4% are completely new to the market. However, only 1% of novelty-value purchases are made using innovative methods, and so many good solutions or better results remain unused and the effectiveness of the procurement suffers.
Procurement is best achieved through knowledge management and cooperation with the ecosystem. Preparation involves many resource challenges: ecosystem engagement, needs mapping, data collection, innovation mapping, and market dialogue are all demanding tasks whose poor implementation can lead to poor quality bids.
At Impact, we know how to increase the quality of preparation and thus the quality of offers!
